What a great start to a new series. Fast paced and gripping, it’s the type of novel you won’t want to put down as the author’s words feed your imagination and your wanderlust.

The scenes in the bush are wonderfully realistic, and the author has painted the township with an equally authentic brush.
Loved this book, well written and easy reading.
The NZ seascape and local bush scenery is evocative; I could see the different bush greens, the light and shade, smell the damp earth and feel the salty ocean spray on my face; and the flora and fauna that finds itself within shot of Adelaide’s camera lens adds another layer of romance to the overall story.
The story is fast paced and exciting. Totally recommended!
